A plan covers the account, not a child: up to three children share one monthly allowance, and each keeps their own world and their own Shelf. Plans are measured in credits, so quality and quantity stay your choice. A bedtime story costs 1 credit. The same story narrated in HD costs 2. Re-reading a story you already have in a different voice costs 1 — and hearing it again in a voice it has been read in before is always free.

* Reading in your own voice is not available in Canada — Quebec's rules on biometric data require a filing we have not made, and the App Store cannot separate Quebec from the rest of the country. Everything else works there normally.
