Refund Policy
Last updated: September 21, 2026
Lunela is sold in the app, as a subscription and as one-off credit packs. Every purchase is made through Apple with your App Store account, so Apple processes the payment and Apple decides refunds. We never see your card details and we cannot issue a refund ourselves, however much we might want to.
How to ask for a refund
Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Apple decides these under the App Store’s own refund rules, and their decision is theirs rather than ours.
Tell us as well, at [email protected]. We cannot move Apple, but if something went wrong on our side we would rather know and fix the cause than hear about it from nobody.
What we do on our side
- A story the Service failed to produce is given back as credits returned to your balance, without touching your subscription or your payment.
- Something wrong with your plan or your credits, such as a plan that did not switch on after you paid: write to us and we will put it right in your account.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not return the current one, and it does not take away what you have already paid for: your subscription runs to the end of the period and your child’s world stays saved either way.
That is the difference between cancelling mid-month, which returns nothing because the month is already yours, and being billed for a month that starts after you cancelled, which is a mistake and is returned in full.
Cancel in your Apple subscription settings.
If you think we have this wrong
Write to [email protected] and say what happened. A person reads it. Nothing on this page limits any refund right the law of your country gives you, and where the two disagree, the law wins.
